I will never use or recommend WSS. I found the shoes I was looking for on their site. They attempted to ship twice and both times screwed the order. Both orders took so long to go out they thought that they had shipped and were lost. On both occasions they requested return to sender after the shoes were en route. The second time the shoes were 2 hours from my house when they recalled the order. They claim to have issued me a refund but it's on my credit card so I'm not worried. Paid a few more dollars and the shoes were delivered from another company the next day.

I wanted a specific type of shoe that was sold out on the converse website. This was the only place that had it. I was skeptical because of the reviews but it was a flawless transaction. I had a shipping confirmation within a day of ordering and it came on the day it was scheduled, approximately a week after ordering. I would definitely use them again.

I don't know why or how they pick and choose which customers to service, but my experience with wss was (suspiciously) good. I splurged on a pair of jordan flight 45s april 1st, and i communicated with their reps through email on a couple occasions for status updates. The response was always prompt and my package was shipped/delivered within ten days of purchase. That being said, i can't recommend this site in good conscience solely based on all the negative reviews it has garnered. Tread carefully...

My wife and I purchased 80 dollars worth of shoes. Customer service at the Zaragoza told us we get a $25 gift card to spend. We took it on the last day. Store on Alameda in El paso, told us we had to spend $65 more dollars just to use the $25 card. We were never even informed about that, and that was very embarrassing, otherwise we would have never went. Why you even have those cards, we're thinking that you guys are doing a great job giving us a little something back, and you're just asking for more... Very disappointed they couldn't even explain it to us correctly.

This store takes forever to restock anything really.

I found some stuff online but couldn't use the gift cards I received. What store doesn't allow to use their own gift card.

You order you paid and than they cancel orders. Store pick up so slow too im not going to order online better go to the store.

So I ordered shoes to have them delivered to my store. Was supposed to be 3 DAYS! Instead I waited 10 and had no alert that my shoes were in the store. I was really looking forward to these btw. So I called the local store since the online store has NO ONE TO HELP! The local store said they'd look into it and call me when they came in. A few hours later, now one day 17 the day i called, and they CANCELLED my order! Then there was no one to call! What a scam!

Today, August 1,2020, I visited the WSS located at 8236 S Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77036. As I walked in the store(with my 12 year old son), a staff member and a Harris County Deputy stood by the entrance. The staff member spoke and said "Welcome to WSS" and my reply was thank you. As my son I walked towards the Jordan brand items, I found a pair of all black Air Jordan 1 mids that I wanted to try on since I was interested in the shoe. I picked up my size, 10.5, and ventured over to the bench to try the shoes on. After pulling one shoe out the box and trying it on, I told my son next to me that the shoe didn't see good with the size I selected, and I turned my head towards the door, I see the Harris County Officer staring dead at me. After realizing in a quick second that officer had already stereotyped me, I continued to shop throughout the store. Like I ways do when visiting WSS i ventured to the back wall( discounted shoes) to see if they had anything in my size. As I looked around picking up a shoe or two that I thought was interesting, I turn my head to the left and the Harris County Officer is standing next to the Soccer gate looking dead at me while I shop. My son noticed and said" Dad, is that officer following us?" I took a moment and responded with I believe so. My son then asked could he go look at some airmax shoes... the officer followed my son from a distance and watched him but on the shoes. At the moment I decided that shopping at WSS right now is very uncomfortable. I told my son to put the shoes back inside the box and that we're leaving. I understand that people steal and having officers in stores just makes it more safer, but I am not one of those people and neither is my son. I work hard to shop when I want to and the experience and emotions I felt at WSS today was uncalled for. Today I am comfortable with saying WSS has loss my business for life. I will also tell my friends and family members this comfortable experience and encourage them to spend their money elsewhere when shopping for shoes.

They were out of the shoes that I ordered, some J's. I got an email saying money will be back in my account within 3 to 5 days I called customer service they told me days were 3 to 7 now, I called the next day and she tells me my money has been refunded the same day the shoes where canceled. Damn lie looking at my bank statements as she's feeding me BS

Okay, I actually read the reviews after I had ordered the shoes. Lol! I was a bit flustered after reading the reviews and wanted to ask for an instant refund but I just prayed about it and kept it moving. I had 2 seperate orders on the same day 07/07/20. It was around 5pm-ISH CST... anyhoo, today is 07/10/20. My shoes arrived in good condition... i'm awaiting my second order but I know it's on the way, i've tracked my shoes using the tracking number I was provided in the email and my second order will be here by tomorrow... in Jesus name Amen! This was a GRADE *A* experience for me, so far. If I don't edit this, that means my second order arrived A-oKAY! I got exactly what I ordered so far, size and all! Shoes are BRAND NEW!

I ordered a pair of Retro Jordans 12 rising sun sneakers. The all white with red and black decals. I waited over two months. Finally after filing a dispute with PayPal I received a package. The shoes were knock offs and they came in a insulated envelope. They were replicated garbage with no tag on the tongue or in the shoes period. And they were white and gold. I have been trying to get PayPal to get me a refund and I also want to return the shoes but they are not trying to refund me a dime. They offered me a discount on another pair of their fake garbage Jordans. No thanks. Stay the heck away from this seller. They are a rip off!

MY PACKAGE NEVER CAME! Ordered shoes for $110 back in February and they never came. When I contacted them they told me they couldn't find my order number. After contacting endless amounts of people someone finally sent me my tracking confirmation and a month later the label said "expired". I contacted the person again stating that my shoes still had not come (this was around the end of May) and they still have not responded.
